Who can participate
Individuals aged 18 or over who live worldwide may participate where local law permits. You must be able to lawfully enter and receive the offered services. The draw is void where prohibited. Employees directly administering the draw and their immediate households are excluded. One verified personal account per individual is permitted. No purchase, paid subscription, connection, diagnosis, marketing consent or disclosure of assessment results is required.
Confirm your country of residence, age eligibility and acceptance of these terms. We may request proportionate evidence to validate eligibility before confirming a prize. A winner is responsible for any personal tax obligations imposed by applicable law.
How entries are earned
Create your verified account during this draw's entry window and complete your first neuriprint assessment before entry closes to earn 1 entry. Complete all 16 required assessments before the same deadline to earn 5 additional entries, for a maximum of 6. The required assessment set is fixed for this draw. Optional or retired add-ons, repeated assessments, clicks and link shares do not create entries. Each valid entry has the same chance of being selected.
Both the signup and qualifying completion must meet the stated deadline. Entries earned for this draw do not automatically enter another draw. Declining or withdrawing from the promotion does not prevent ordinary use of Neuroclusive or your assessments. You may withdraw through your entry page before entries close.
Invitations and shared wins
When a new person registers through your personal invitation link, the first valid invitation is bound to their verified signup. It cannot be added or changed after signup. Sending a link earns no additional entry. If an invited entrant's valid entry wins, that entrant and up to 2 eligible upstream inviters can each receive a qualifying prize, with at most 3 recipients. The upstream positions are the person who invited the entrant and the person who invited that inviter. These same rules apply to the first-assessment entry and every completion bonus entry.
An inviter can have signed up before this draw's entry window and does not need their own entry in this draw. Each inviter must have completed their own first assessment before this draw closes, satisfy the age and local eligibility requirements, and complete prize verification and acceptance when contacted. Ineligible or unavailable positions do not extend the chain to additional people. Invitations must be genuine. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manufactured identities and manipulation are excluded. Referrals never create a neurilinx connection or permission to view anyone's results.
Prizes and availability
Each eligible recipient may select up to $10,000.00 (USD) of the eligible Neuroclusive services described above. This is service credit, not money, a withdrawable balance or a cash-equivalent payment. There is no cash alternative. Credit is personal to the verified recipient and may fund an agreed eligible organization workshop. The service menu and normal published selling prices determine what the credit covers; no inflated reference prices are used.
Online coaching is delivered remotely on available bookable dates. LiveLabs is subject to location, staffing, travel and delivery availability. Worldwide entry does not promise a LiveLabs visit in every location. If a suitable workshop cannot be delivered, the recipient may choose eligible online coaching within the advertised service-credit limit instead. Any workshop location, included travel, package scope and dates are agreed before booking. No additional purchase or payment is required to receive or use an eligible prize package. Unused credit has no cash value.
Draw and validation
After entry closes, we freeze a list containing every valid entry, preserving the one-entry or six-entry weighting. One winning entry is selected on the advertised draw date using a verifiably random process or under independent supervision. We retain the selection evidence and validate the winning account and its permitted invitation chain. Operator confirmation and fulfillment are manual; an entry confirmation is not a win notification.
We may exclude entries that do not satisfy these published rules, with evidence recorded. If a selected entry fails validation before a winner is confirmed, a replacement is selected from the remaining valid entries using the same random process. An ineligible inviter does not invalidate an otherwise eligible entrant's prize.
Claiming and redeeming
We contact potential recipients using their verified account contact details. They have 14 days from notification to respond and complete eligibility verification. A recipient may decline. An unclaimed, declined or ineligible upstream prize is not transferred further up the chain. Confirmed recipients must redeem their chosen eligible services within 12 months of claim confirmation, subject to mutually available delivery dates. Any agreed booking and included costs are confirmed in writing.
Privacy and winner information
Draw administration uses your account identity, invitation attribution, eligibility confirmations and assessment-completion milestones. It does not use assessment answers, scores, diagnoses, results or permissions to share your neuriprint. Other participants cannot inspect your entries or assessment activity through the promotion. Invitation attribution may establish a shared prize; it does not disclose assessment details.
The Privacy Notice explains controller contact details, processing, retention and your rights. We retain proportionate draw and award evidence for administration, disputes and legal obligations. Limited evidence that a valid award took place may be made available on request. You can object to publication of your identifying winner information or ask us to reduce it by contacting privacy@neuroclusive.com; necessary information may still be supplied privately to a competent regulator. Promotional interviews, photographs and testimonials require a separate choice.
Your rights and contact
Contact legal@neuroclusive.com about the draw or these terms, or privacy@neuroclusive.com about personal data. We administer the promotion fairly and do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights in your place of residence. Published entry conditions are not retrospectively changed to participants' disadvantage. If circumstances outside our control prevent the advertised administration, we communicate a fair solution while preserving applicable participant rights.
